SHARED · MAKE A PLAN

Plan a meetup at a saved or newly discovered place

Finding a good place is half the plan. Meet Up helps turn that choice into a real outing with another person without losing the location details.

How Meet Up Plans works

Choose the place and propose a time

Start with one of your saved places, a shared place, or somewhere new. Pick a day and time, include a note, and prepare an invitation to share.

Let the other person respond

The guest can use a private invitation link to accept or decline, and the invitation flow supports negotiating the planned time. You can keep track of responses and changes.

Connect the plan to Agenda and Calendar

Accepted meetups are added to Agenda. Confirmed plans offer calendar options, including Apple Calendar and Google Calendar. Visit History can also record the actual outing separately after it happens.

Get started in PTK

  1. Choose Meet Up from Shared and select a location.
  2. Choose a proposed time and send the private invitation.
  3. Review replies, confirm the outing and add it to your calendar.

Calendar entries depend on the person choosing and completing the calendar action. A scheduled meetup is not automatically a confirmed visit.
