Search saved restaurants and get help choosing where to go

Sometimes you remember a detail but not a restaurant’s name. Other times you have too many saved options. PTK supports both finding a specific saved place and narrowing down what to choose.

How Search Places & Help Me Choose works

Find your place across lists

Search saved place names, notes, usual orders and list names in the master library—including Unlisted. You do not have to remember which list you put an item in.

Compare options you already saved

Help Me Choose builds a shortlist from your saved places and visible shared lists using the question you ask. You can refine your preferences instead of starting over.

Open the place and decide

From a place card, look at saved details, use directions, call a listed phone number, check a website, or add the place to Agenda. A saved note is not a substitute for checking current hours or availability.

Get started in PTK

  1. Open My Places to find your master saved-place collection.
  2. Search by a remembered detail, or open Help Me Choose with a question.
  3. Review the saved details, refine choices and open the place you want.

Help Me Choose uses saved information. It cannot establish a location’s current atmosphere or opening hours solely from personal notes.
